  1. Easily connect your data
    Your sensitive documents may need to pull data from disparate sources (monthly accounts tables, claims tables, etc) - we make it simple to connect your sources to our engine.
    We have built a portal through which users can pull in their constituent data, whether in sql, json or xml format. Our webservice is equipped to handle oauth security.

    For more complex documents, data pulls can even be combined.

    Examples of documents that can be securely generated from your data sources include claims reports, verifications of eligibility, invoices, W-9s, etc.
  2. Manage complex document-sending processes
    We understand that sensitive documents may have a variety of idiosyncratic processes associated with them. We make it easy to automate your procedure(s), whether sending your documents as a batch or individually.
    Admin users can specify a variety of options and controls for a given document, for example:
    1. Require explicit sign-off from recipients for electronic delivery.
    2. Choose the delivery methods that documents are authorized to use ('Fedex', 'Fax', etc).
    3. Set expiration dates for documents.
    4. Automatically remove documents from recipient's portals.

    A: We have designed our application to sit at the plug-and-play end of the enterprise software spectrum. If you already have web-services set up for your constituent data, we can get you up and running off a local virtual machine in no time.

    Q: How does your tool integrate with my data?

    A: We accommodate a variety of data integration methods: json / xml web-services (with or without oauth), database link, and more. If you do not have pre-existing web-services, we can work with your I.T. team to set these up quickly.
